Terms & Conditions of Service
**Effective Date: November 25, 2025**
1. The 24-Hour Core Launch Commitment
1.1 Scope of Service (The £199 Core Package)
- The core fee of **£199** covers the full development and launch of a website featuring up to **seven (7)** distinct pages (e.g., Home, About, Services, Contact, Gallery, etc.).
- The service includes a `.co.uk` domain name registration, twelve (12) months of UK-based hosting, a free SSL certificate, and setup for unlimited email addresses.
- We reserve the right to generate foundational **content, images, and a logo** at **no extra cost**, provided the client gives basic direction. However, this is subject to the complexity and volume, and does not replace the need for core client-supplied information (see 1.2).
Client-Supplied Materials (Mandatory)
The **24-Hour Guarantee** is strictly dependent on the client providing **ALL** necessary content, colour schemes, and images *before* the agreed-upon build start date. We will communicate the full list of required materials prior to the booking date.
- **Requirement:** Client MUST provide content, colours, and images **before** the 9:00 AM start time.
1.3 Integrations & Functional Limitations
The website build is focused on speed and efficiency. As such, the following limitations apply regarding third-party tools:
- **No External Integrations:** The standard service does **not** include integration with external third-party tools, CRM platforms, or complex software stacks, with the exception of the specific features listed below.
- **Ecommerce:** We support basic ecommerce website builds that integrate with **WooCommerce**, **PayPal**, and **Stripe**.
- **AI Tools & Calculators:** We can develop basic AI-powered tools and custom calculators. **Important:** If a requested tool requires an API key to function (e.g., OpenAI/ChatGPT), the **Client is strictly responsible** for providing their own API key. The Client assumes full responsibility for any associated API costs and maintenance after the website is handed over.
2. Scheduling and Delivery
2.1 Booking and Payment
- The **£199** Core Launch fee is payable in full at the time of booking to secure the dedicated build slot.
- We dedicate **one (1) build slot per day** and bookings are made in advance for the next available date.
- Prior to the booked date, we will request all necessary information from the client to ensure the 24-hour dedicated build window can commence promptly at **9:00 AM**.
The 24-Hour Sunrise Guarantee & Refund
The refund policy is **only applicable** if the client provides **ALL** required content and information to us *prior* to the agreed-upon build start date, and we still fail to provide a complete site for review within 24 hours of the start time.
If **any additional information or content** is given to us **after** the start of the build, we reserve the right to extend the build time up to **72 hours** to fit around other scheduled projects. The 24-hour guarantee is void in this circumstance.
3. Ownership and Ongoing Management
3.1 Website Ownership and Handover
Upon completion, the client receives the website in full, including all files, code, and access credentials. The client is free to manage the website entirely independently.
3.2 Optional Management Services (Monthly Retainer)
GoLiveTomorrow offers ongoing maintenance services to ensure the longevity and security of your digital asset:
- **Essential Maintenance (£25 per month):** Covers plugin and core software updates, security checks, and daily backups.
- **Full Management (£50 per month):** Includes Essential Maintenance plus minor content updates, graphic swaps, and general site oversight.
*Note: Management services are optional and can be cancelled with 30 days notice.*
